This study intends to explore the impact of transformational leadership on improving organizational performance through motivating individuals and enhancing job satisfaction in light of the rapid technological transformations occurring worldwide. The study also seeks to analyze the role of transformational leadership in empowering individuals within organizations and how this affects the development of leadership skills and enhances interaction between leaders and subordinates. The results show that transformational leadership significantly contributes to improving institutional performance, as it enhances individuals’ interaction with their tasks and increases their job satisfaction through motivation and continuous support. Moreover, transformational leadership plays a key role in empowering individuals, thereby strengthening their loyalty and commitment to the organization. Based on this, the study recommends the need to train leaders to adopt and develop transformational leadership styles in line with contemporary technological challenges, with the aim of improving organizational performance and achieving integration between individuals and institutional goals.
