This study aims to investigate the level of application of the dimensions of information quality—namely, content, timeliness, and format—within digital media institutions operating in Jordan. This is achieved through analyzing the opinions of employees and their assessments of the presence of these dimensions in the media work environment. The study also seeks to determine the extent of balance or bias in the application of these dimensions by identifying the relative importance assigned by sample members to each dimension. This provides a deeper understanding of the reality of information management in the Jordanian media context. The results revealed that the content dimension ranked first in terms of importance and application, followed by the timeliness dimension, while the format dimension ranked last. Participants expressed a generally positive evaluation of the level of application of information quality dimensions, except for certain items related to the visual presentation of information, such as the use of modern technical tools like “Data Show” to clarify data, which received low averages indicating weakness in the technical aspect. In light of these results, the study recommended enhancing the technical aspect in digital media institutions, particularly concerning the development of presentation tools and methods of internal information delivery. This ensures the delivery of media content characterized by accuracy, relevance, and comprehensiveness, presented in a clear and organized visual manner using the latest digital communication and display technologies. It also emphasized the importance of raising the technical competence of employees through continuous training, contributing to improved media performance and enhanced internal interaction between employees and informational content.
