Augmented innovative approaches to personnel management in the agro-industrial complex, taking into account the specifics of this sector and the challenges of modernity. In the conditions of globalization and technological changes, the successful functioning of agricultural enterprises requires the introduction of new methods and tools for effective personnel management. One of the most important trends is the use of digital technologies to optimize the processes of hiring, training and evaluating employees. HR-process automation methods are considered, including the introduction of electronic document management systems, platforms for distance learning and competency assessment. Attention is focused on the need to develop corporate culture and increase employee motivation through the introduction of innovative programs for stimulation and career growth. Particular attention of leadership, communication and interaction between management and employees, which contributes to improving the atmosphere at enterprises and increasing the level of staff involvement. Approaches to training and development of personnel are considered, including the use of new educational technologies of professional development in the conditions of rapidly changing market requirements. The main result proves that innovative methods of personnel management in the agricultural sector in increasing competitiveness and sustainability of agro-industrial enterprises in the conditions of global changes and internal challenges.
