In the context of the rapid development of digital technologies, cross-platform marketing strategies are becoming key to successful brand promotion on social networks. The article is devoted to the analysis of the integration of content and communication channels as an integral element of effective marketing campaigns. The main focus is on creating a unified strategy that ensures content consistency across platforms, which in turn helps to increase audience engagement and strengthen the connection with the brand. Various approaches to adapting content to the specifics of social networks, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and others, are substantiated, taking into account the preferences of target groups. It is shown that competent integration of these channels helps brands create multi-channel campaigns that reach a wide audience. The key problems that company face when implementing cross-platform strategies are stated, such as differences in content formats, reputation management and performance measurement. It is argued that flexibility, creativity and a deep understanding of the specifics of each social network are important to achieve success on different digital platforms. Clearly, companies that effectively integrate content and channels are able to significantly increase their competitiveness and strengthen their position in the market.
