An Integrated Approach to the Development of Technology and Personnel in Agriculture

The purpose of the article is to analyze an integrated approach to the development of technologies and personnel in agriculture. It is argued that in the context of global changes such as climate change, digitalization and the need for sustainable agricultural practices, synergy is needed between the introduction of modern technologies and the development of human potential. The key areas in which technologies and personnel management interact to improve the efficiency of agricultural production are substantiated. In particular, the emphasis is placed on the introduction of digital technologies, automation and robotics, as well as on the use of innovative personnel management methods to increase labor productivity and resilience to environmental changes. The main aspects of the need for advanced training and retraining of personnel, creating conditions for career growth and retention of talented specialists are stated. The integrated approach with the involvement of both technological changes and innovations in personnel management makes it possible to consistently overcom the difficulties of these processes and increase the competitive capacity of agricultural enterprises in the world market. Developed recommendations to facilitate the interaction of technology and personnel in the agricultural sector that contributes to sustainable development and an increase in the overall efficiency of the industry.
