The Impact of Using Administrative Digital Control on the Compliance of Pharmaceutical Industries with Quality
摘要
This study analyzes the impact of administrative digital control, in its various dimensions (strategic, operational, quality, and financial), on the compliance of pharmaceutical industries with quality standards. A descriptive-analytical approach is adopted, applied to a suitable systematic sample of 370 employees working in pharmaceutical companies. The results reveal that adopting an integrated administrative digital control system contributes effectively to improving production process efficiency, reducing defect rates, and enhancing adherence to international and national quality and safety standards. This positively reflects consumer trust and enhances product competitiveness in local and global markets. The study also highlight the importance of integrating sound strategic planning, precise operational follow-up, resource availability, adoption of modern monitoring technologies, and human resource capacity building through training programs that foster a culture of continuous improvement. The study recommends adopting a comprehensive control approach that combines administrative, technical, and financial aspects to enhance performance sustainability and achieve high quality in pharmaceutical products.
