This final chapter presents suggestions for clinical practice and future research that will be helpful for healthcare professionals, students, and researchers focusing their work on centenarians. To be aware of caregiver burden and dementia education programs for families, and for staff to promote social activities to address cognitive health issues to prevent loneliness and isolation, is of paramount importance. Planning enjoyable and faith-based activities plus the role of “tea” and ongoing research on various brain-fitness activities.
