This study explores the impact of digital transformation on employee productivity within the Jordanian context, where organizations are increasingly investing in advanced technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and digital communication platforms. These tools have the potential to enhance operational efficiency and employee performance, yet their success is contingent on effective implementation, workforce readiness, and strategic alignment with organizational goals. Employing a descriptive-analytical qualitative methodology, the research draws on structured surveys administered to employees across key digitally evolving sectors—namely banking, telecommunications, education, and healthcare. The analysis, conducted using SPSS, reveals that while digital technologies offer significant productivity benefits, these gains are not automatic. Instead, they depend on comprehensive managerial strategies, consistent training, and employee engagement. The findings underscore the necessity for Jordanian institutions to approach digital transformation holistically, integrating technology adoption with supportive human-centered policies. By doing so, digitalization can serve as a catalyst for sustainable organizational growth rather than a source of disruption or disparity.

摘要
