The Role of Strategic Intelligence in Enhancing Managerial Decision-Making and Organizational Performance in Business Organization in the Digital Era
摘要
The current study seeks to explore the relationship between strategic intelligence and decision-making processes within organizations, in addition to examining the impact of key dimensions of strategic intelligence—such as foresight, strategic vision, organizational thinking, partnership, and intuition—on organizational performance. The study also addressed the effect of emotional conflict among individuals in the workplace on managerial decisions and how it influences organizational performance. The analytical descriptive method was employed to study several cases in both private and public organizations, utilizing structural modeling techniques and hierarchical regression to analyze the collected data. The findings revealed that strategic intelligence plays a significant role in enhancing strategic decision-making processes, as its various dimensions contribute to improving organizations’ ability to adapt to environmental changes and achieve long-term success. It also became clear that emotional conflict among individuals can negatively impact the effectiveness of decision-making and organizational performance. In light of these findings, the study recommended the necessity of promoting the use of strategic intelligence in organizations by developing foresight and strategic vision strategies, as well as reducing emotional conflicts among individuals and adopting strategic partnerships to improve organizational performance and ensure effective strategic decision-making.
