The primary objective of this study is to emphasize the significance of organizational creativity within the contemporary business landscape by examining how talent management strategies enhance this creativity. The focus was placed on analyzing the connection between talent management and organizational creativity, detailing how strategies aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining talent influence organizational performance and corporate competitive advantage in the digital age. A descriptive-analytical methodology was employed to elucidate the concepts associated with organizational creativity and its management, while also assessing the factors within the work environment that promote creative thinking in organizations. Additionally, the study explored the role of human factors, organizational structure, and corporate culture in establishing an environment conducive to creativity. The findings indicated that investing in exceptional talent and fostering a supportive environment for creativity significantly enhances organizational performance and leads to a sustainable competitive advantage. It is recommended that the organization should adopt an integrated approach to talent management systems, ensuring that it can attract creative people and develop their skills while retaining them for the improvement of organizational creativity.
