The study seeks to investigate the notion of organizational performance, its diverse dimensions, and its influence on an organization's capacity to fulfill its goals. It further assessed critical factors affecting organizational performance, including organizational structure, workflow coordination, and resource efficiency, while also incorporating the role of digital technologies in enhancing these aspects. The research evaluated essential performance measurement indicators such as effectiveness, efficiency, engagement, and sustainability, as well as the obstacles organizations encounter in their efforts to improve performance in the digital age. The results demonstrate a significant correlation between organizational performance and technological efficiency, underscoring how digital transformation facilitates organizations in reaching their objectives through optimal resource utilization. Moreover, the study revealed that the establishment of clear performance measurement standards increases the effectiveness of internal processes and bolsters team collaboration within the organization. Nevertheless, major challenges persist, including resource limitations, intricate organizational structures, and the practicality of accurately assessing individual and team performance. The study's findings underscore the critical importance of precise performance measurements and ongoing reviews of organizational strategy, while also highlighting the necessity for advancements in digital tools, reengineering organizational frameworks, and automating workflows to ensure sustained performance. Furthermore, it emphasizes the need for top management to engage in cross-departmental coordination, implement AI-driven analytics, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization to sustain the enhancement of organizational performance.
