This paper tries more to explore the connection between emotional well-being and student satisfaction within the dimensions of e-Learning platforms in Jordan. The paper, too, pays more attention to the rising phenomenon of online education, made even speedier by the global pandemic, and thus has become important in identifying the emotional and psychological factors associated with student experiences. The paper presents data generated from 225 students involved in Digital Learning Programs at the tertiary level from universities in Jordan during the academic session 2023–2024. The tool used for data collection includes a quantitative survey that would give indicators toward emotional well-being and satisfaction on the e-Learning platform for students and interpretive interviews to get qualitative findings. Happiness and perceived emotional support have shown positive correlation values with student satisfaction for the digital e-Learning platforms at relatively high levels. Thus, students who experience high emotional well-being lead to higher satisfaction reports for this kind of study. This research highlights the significance of catering to academic as well as emotional needs within digital learning environments. The approach placed in pedagogy and content can surely support the improvement of student satisfaction. It can be helpful for educators, administrators, and even platform developers to consider certain results in creating a more supportive and engaging e-learning environment.
