Nowadays, we are in the digital age. In the twenty first century, this modern scientific study in 2024 aimed to identify the pillars of the reality of digital transformation at Jerash University, Jordan, from the point of view of faculty members and administrators. The sample consisted of 45 faculty members from different faculties and about 37 administrators from various departments at the University. The study used a descriptive, analytical method, the questionnaire consisted of four main axes (organizational culture, institutional support, infrastructure, insight and vision) among the most important findings of the study: The estimates of the digital transformation Degree among faculty members and administrators who are working at Jerash University came on average. Meanwhile the university is keen on providing a wireless communication network as well as spreading the culture of digital transformation among its employees. In addition it was also one of the study’s outcomes: the estimates of faculty members and administrators placed institutional support, which is axis No. 2 in the study ranked No. 2 after the infrastructure and shows that there are no significant statistical differences in the sample studied for variable experience and came in favor of experienced faculty members (more than 10 years). The study recommended focusing on the development of the strategy as one of the most important axes of the University’s constantly work towards entirely execute digital transformation, through the development of special applications includes all departments at the university and also developing them to achieve the needs of beneficiaries at the University the study also recommended digital transformation To improve the quality of the services provided, support the e-learning unit at the university to implement its mission by conducting all digital transformation processes at the University and following up the quality of services and the continuation of institutional support by the leadership of Jerash University represented by the presidency through continued attention to development, creativity, continuous and permanent innovation and generating ideas.
