The aim of the current research is to know the level of emotional intelligence and its impact in reducing organizational failure in the Iraqi Tourism Authority. For the purpose of arriving at a statement of the relationship and impact between the variables of the study, the descriptive analytical method was adopted to frame the literature of the research variables and identify its main dimensions. The problem appears here with a main question, which is what is the role of dimensions? Emotional intelligence can help reduce possible failures in the performance of working individuals. A set of hypotheses were formulated to answer this question. On this basis, a questionnaire was used and distributed to the sample of (66) in the Iraqi Tourism Authority. It was recovered (63) and was suitable for analysis. It was concluded that the study led to a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which was the existence of a significant correlation between the dimensions of emotional intelligence and reducing organizational failure among the research sample.
