Evaluation of the Degree of Vibration Compaction of Concrete Mixtures
摘要
Compaction of concrete mixtures is one of the most pressing problems of modern construction. Vibration compaction is one of the main methods used to ensure uniform distribution of concrete mixture components and removal of air voids. This process allows achieving higher density and strength of concrete, which in turn improves its performance characteristics. The production of reinforced concrete products and structures is a labor-intensive, energy-consuming and highly responsible process. The degree of compaction of mixtures has a significant impact on the physical and mechanical properties of molded products, including strength, porosity, ability to withstand freezing and thawing, and other important parameters. A properly compacted mixture guarantees the homogeneity of the properties of the finished product, accurate reproduction of the specified shapes, and high quality of its external surface.
