The aim of this chapter is to present the authors’ original concept of the climate ambidexterity of companies. The ambidexterity of companes is understood as the ability to simultaneously maintain effectiveness and efficiency in the field of operational activity and ensure the simultaneous ability to create innovative solutions that change the rules of the market game, i.e., game changersGame changers, including by using experiments. In this respect, the assumptions of strategic management schools are combined mainly with the resource approach and the positional approach. For the purpose of creating a solution for the climate ambidexterity of companies, ambidexterity assumptions were defined based on an individualized approach to understanding the resource approach and the positional approach in this respect.
