Results revealed that both neighborhoods exhibit compact development patterns, with most urban characteristics approaching, but not fully meeting, UN-HabitatUN-Habitat-recommended sustainability benchmarks. Nevertheless, they fail to achieve the desired sustainability progress, exhibiting various shortcomings, particularly in environmental and social aspects.
