This study explores the potential of Biophilic design -a concept rooted in the human affinity for nature- to improve trust and comfort within automated vehicle interiors. By incorporating natural elements such as materials, lighting, and visual aesthetics, the vehicle environment can become more psychologically supportive. This human-centred approach may not only enhance user experience but also promote broader acceptance of autonomous vehicles.
