Bulgaria has long and stable traditions in the creative and cultural sector, as well as rich and diverse educational curricula aimed at them both at secondary and tertiary levels. Its potential is observable in the development of antiquities for the purpose of cultural tourism, as well as significant growth in the advertising, film and gaming industry. Although in the last 10–15 years there have been productive collaborations between the public and private entities, their number and funding level are still insufficient. Funding the CCSCultural and creative sectors (CCS) is still difficult because of the uncertainty in demand, as well as because of the availability of information asymmetries between financiers and financed enterprises. The number of students in the CCI-related programs is small against the general pool and the growing share of CCSCultural and creative sectors (CCS) in the GDP, and especially in the gaming sector there is no education curricula at all. The Sector requires multidisciplinary and as relevent as possible curricula in order to meet the demand of skills, specific knowledge and willing for constant improvement. In the local context, New Bulgarian University keeps being a high-level education and training institution in terms of number, quality, and facilities of the programs in CCSCultural and creative sectors (CCS).

摘要
