It highlights the importance of aligning CDR with core values and emphasizes the integration of digital responsibility into the company’s sustainability management practices. Drawing upon the “CDR Building Bloxx,” the authors demonstrate how CDR has been embedded into both client-facing consulting services and internal operations, including corporate governance structures. The article offers practical guidance for large organizations seeking to implement CDR by encouraging them to assess existing initiatives and focus on areas where they can generate real impact. It highlights KPMG Austria’s commitment to fostering a culture of digital responsibility and innovation, guiding the reader from the definition of CDR at KPMG to concrete measures such as user-centered digital transformation, trustworthy AI, the KITE training program, and KPMG’s strong focus on cybersecurity.
