Digitalization of Management as a Tool for Integrating Sustainable Development Goals into the Activities of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in Kazakhstan
摘要
This study examines the role of digital management tools in integrating sustainable development principles into the strategic and operational processes of SMEs in Kazakhstan. Using a comprehensive analytical framework, including advanced PESTEL and SWOT analyses, an integrated sustainability index, and an intelligent forecasting system, the study proposes a dynamic sustainability management model tailored to the needs of SMEs. The model includes economic, social, environmental, technological, and institutional indicators based on the triple bottom line (TBL) concept and uses artificial intelligence-based forecasting for strategic planning. Digital transformation not only enhances business sustainability and competitiveness but also serves as a strategic resource for integrating SDGs into the long-term development of an enterprise. This study contributes to the theoretical and practical understanding of digital sustainability integration, especially in developing economies such as Kazakhstan.
