Provision of Effective Temperature Control of AC Machine of Frequency-Controlled Electric Drive in Repeated-Short-Time Mode

The article presents a mathematical model of an induction motor operating in repeated short-term mode as part of the electric drive of a production mechanism, which takes into account thermal processes in the motor. For the induction motor 4AT56A2U2 the temperatures of its components in the steady-state mode of operation are determined. The possibility of improving the temperature mode of the motor with the help of forced cooling system has been investigated, and the characteristics of the forced cooling system efficiency in open and closed operation modes using PI, fuzzy and neural network regulators have been obtained. The research results allow us to conclude about the best efficiency of controlling the AD temperature mode in the closed-loop system with neural network regulator.
