Solving the Multi-Criteria Problem of Choosing the Optimal Configuration of Anodes for Technological Systems Used in Electroplating Production
摘要
The subject of this study is the electroplating treatment of metals. The paper formulates the problem of decision-making theory within the framework of a research subject area. The problem was solved using the the Analytic Hierarchy Process method and the main criterion method. An example of anode plates placement during chromium plating from a standard electrolyte solution in a system consisting of four anode plates and a shaped cathode is considered. Unevenness and microhardness are determined as evaluation criteria. Different variants of anode plate arrangements were investigated as alternatives. The materials presented in the article have practical value for improving the efficiency of galvanic coating production systems. The obtained results can be used further to automate tasks related to technological preparation of galvanic productions that require intelligent solutions.
