The article discusses the problems of power supply in megacity areas related to the shortage of electrical capacity, as well as the deterioration of the environment. It is proposed to use virtual power plant (VPP) technologies to solve this problem. A review of scientific papers describing the effectiveness of using VPP technologies is conducted. A research object consisting of two decentralized power supply systems (DES) connected to a centralized electrical network (CEN) is selected, and the problem of power distribution using VPP technologies and a multi-agent control system (MAS) is addressed. The purpose of VPP is to maximize the potential of the photovoltaic power plant (PV) that is part of the DES1, and to improve the environmental component by introducing an additional environmental rating criterion. The initial data for simulation the VPP's operation was generated based on the price indicators of tariffs in Moscow city. The control system algorithms were developed.

摘要
