The paper presents an information-modeling system developed for optimal management of raw materials in sintering and blast furnace production. The system integrates a set of interconnected mathematical models that support the comprehensive calculation of sinter and blast furnace burden compositions, thermal and gas-dynamic operating regimes, and slag properties. The approach allows the simultaneous optimization of coke consumption and productivity under specified technological constraints. Implemented at the blast furnace shop of PJSC “Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works”, the system enables rational adjustment of raw material inputs and process parameters to maintain stable and efficient blast furnace operation.
