The Influence of Social Media Content on Positive Attitudes: A Case Study on Panpicoo’s Instagram Channel

This study explores the impact of visual content design on promoting positive mental attitudes through a case study of the Panpicoo Instagram channel. Targeted at young women, Panpicoo utilizes digital illustrations featuring cute mascot characters, soft color palettes, and motivational messages. This research uses observation and survey methods, drawing on comment analysis and a survey of 55 followers. The results show that Panpicoo’s content significantly boosts viewers’ moods, encourages self-compassion, and increases positive emotions. The findings indicate that visual elements such as color and character design are critical in shaping emotional responses. In addition, relatable narratives and humorous content contribute to stress reduction and emotional resilience. This study highlights the potential of social media as a platform for positive psychological influence and emphasizes the importance of design in digital communication to promote mental well-being.
