The integration of intelligent technology and new energy vehicles is an important trend of future development. The further development of intelligent connected vehicle technology will improve the intelligent level of new energy vehicles and provide users with a safer, convenient and comfortable driving experience. This paper analyzes the needs of new energy vehicle owners, and develops an application for new energy owners based on intelligent network connection. The application uses uni-app technology to develop the user side, and the server side uses Java Web framework. It contains five modules: vehicle-machine linkage, data analysis, warm service, interactive community and my car, which not only meets the needs of new energy owners in terms of charging service and vehicle management and monitoring, but also provides users with a safer, more convenient and comfortable service experience.
