The light environment in confined spaces can not only bring people visual perception experiences but also exert a positive influence on their mental health. To explore the perception impact of the lighting environment on the human body, this research established a set of light environment evaluation experimental methods based on eye-tracking and IVR technology. The subjective perception of artificial light environments and the characteristics of eye movement behavior were discussed. The research achievements provide empirical references for the optimal design of indoor artificial light environments.
