The growing interest in cell-based meat is no longer simply a matter of scientific curiosity or cultural provocation. It now stands as a tangible and symbolic frontier of the agri-food transition, a “technological promised land” capable of reshaping the relationship between production, consumption and sustainability in all its dimensions. Cell-based meat therefore occupies a particularly emblematic position due to the promises it offers, the resistance it encounters, and most significantly, the breadth of issues it engages. Hence the present scholarly volume is conceived for international open access readership, to foster inclusive and critical reflection on these pivotal themes at the crossroads of our shared future.

摘要
