Given the current reality, the objective of this research is to design a transdisciplinary process that promotes decent work in companies to ensure their contribution to achieving the SDGs. This is a qualitative and documentary-based study. The process is based on a literature review on the Web of Science, Wilber’s holonic theory, and Checkland’s soft systems methodology. It is a process comprised of four stages and four gateways, each with its central focus on companies re-envisioning, from a systemic and complex perspective, decent work as a problem for everything and everyone. Finally, it is imperative to contribute to the restoration of the social fabric and revalue work to ensure our well-being and that of the planet.
