With the advent of economic globalization and the digital economy era, the supply chain resilience of enterprises has increasingly shown the core competitiveness of enterprises. This project explores the impact of collaborative approach innovation on enterprise supply chain resilience based on the meta-universe perspective. Based on an in-depth analysis of existing research results and a review of related studies, it explores ways to utilize the meta-universe for collaborative approach innovation. The experiments show that in a disaster scenario, the efficiency of two hours of collaboration reverts to 85% within two hours. In a readiness failure scenario, data integration dropped from 100 to 80, and after three hours, collaboration effectiveness returned to 82%. In the case of “fast growth”, the transparency index dropped from 100 to 65, and after three hours, the effectiveness of the collaboration returned to 75%. The results of the study show that meta-universe technology can dramatically improve supply chain resilience and collaboration in a variety of emergency situations.
