In this paper the studying of a MIMOs simple stages amplifiers has been carried out. The investigation methods was based on the top-down approaches. The MIMOs systems simulations models was realized. Advanced, numerous subsystem were develop to offer the design with the wanted characteristic. Improvement of measurement and calibrations technique acquired an significant roles in this paper reach sometime high difficult than the designing itself. The aim of this work is to studying the effects of correlations in combinations with parameter like thermal noises, phases noises and the non-linearity of an amplifiers stages. This work has been carry out on systems levels design. The MIMOs systems simulations models was develop and tests in MATLAB. Certain subsystem were design and checks, in-dependent. The goals of these subsystem is presenting confident effect such as different type of noise and non-linearity of amplifier in the systems. Subsequently they were puts in the systems models one by one and then analysis. Lastly, wholly subsystem were places together and the completed behaviors was examined. The follow procedures make clear that the simulations of the systems is not an informal tasks. Calibrations could be a staid inconvenienced for the designers. Likewise, measures the technique have to be selected sensibly to realize valid performances measure for the systems, and then, right conclusion. The result shows that the phases noises dominate the performances of the systems at the linear regions but in the non-linear regions the non-linearity are the foremost drawbacks. As we expecting, correlations amongst the stream has turn out as the utmost harmful parameters in the designs. When the correlations reach definite levels the entire systems performances collapse. The MIMOs is a good solutions in application where bandwidths efficiencies really need to be improve, which is particularly true for system with lower carriers frequencies is not highest. For higher frequency where a sufficiently of bandwidths are obtainable, the drawback of MIMOs makes its uses questionable.
