This document presents a new blockchain application for E-cheque procedures using an NFT clearing system on Ethereum platform. Cheque systems from traditional financial institutions remain weak against fraud attempts and operate inefficiently which creates security threats that also delay transactions. Ethereum smart contracts function as the core of this solution by releasing e-cheques as NFTs to both validate and execute payment transactions. The NFTs used as payment instruments maintain an unalterable format to protect transaction data while eradicating the possibility of using funds twice. Two vital testing approaches have confirmed that the solution delivers advanced protection features and it accelerates transactions while enhancing system visibility. The presented investigation adds to blockchain financial research while showing how smart contracts can improve security alongside operational efficiency in traditional banking systems.
