In the rapidly evolving world, the real time communication (RTC) is revolutionizing several domain by expanding the limits of the web browsing model and what it can do for the betterment of humanity. It enables access to the information across various different mediums social media, chat, video calls through internet. This paper presents the development of a Cloud native framework, mainly facilitating a driver monitoring system leveraging RTC or real time communication technologies using 4G/5G from a moving vehicle to enhance safety in public transportation services. The proposed system allow the continuous monitoring of driver. This is done by recording and observing analyzing their behavior to ensure compliance with safety protocols. Web Real-Time Communication technology is generally utilized to facilitate real-time audio, video, and data transmission done through the web browsers using JavaScript APIs without requiring external plug-ins. Our proposed system integrates WebRTC technology, HyperText Markup Language (V5), and a Nodejs backend server to create a web-based peer-to-peer communication platform. It features high-speed data transmission and real-time monitoring, enabling transportation authorities to ensure driver alertness and responsiveness.
