Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Ghana: Post-COVID-19 Realities
摘要
This study examines the old and new realities of entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Africa in a post-COVID-19. The pandemic has had a significant effect on the economy, particularly on SMEs. The paper highlights that entrepreneurs are crucial in creating SMEs and driving economic growth, and their well-being plays a critical role in firm performance. The study further highlights the role of technology in driving entrepreneurship, SMEs, and entrepreneurs, with the Internet increasing access to information and tools. Finally, the paper concludes that the establishment of SMEs in Africa requires a willingness to undertake financial and personal risks while seeking potential returns to achieve the chances of flourishing.
