This study aims to optimize the production line in an herbal enterprise as part of improving OEE indicators. Methods and tools from Lean Manufacturing will be used for this purpose. The optimization criterion was the elimination or minimization of unplanned downtime on the production line. Collected data and an analysis of the state before and after the practical application of statistical tools in the ointment production department of the analyzed enterprise will be presented. The study is based on the calculation and comparison of the OEE indicator from 2023 and 2024.
