摘要

In the present digital era, cloud computing has become a widely adopted solution for storing various forms of data, particularly digital images. Protecting digital images stored in cloud platforms is critically important. This research introduces a novel method aimed at securing digital images stored in the cloud. By incorporating biometric verification, specifically fingerprint authentication, the proposed method enhances the overall security framework. The system utilizes a 6D hyperchaotic map to encrypt the images before uploading them to the cloud. Accessing these images requires user identity verification through fingerprint matching, followed by a decryption mechanism that reconstructs the original images. To validate the strength of the proposed encryption model, multiple security evaluation tests have been conducted. The experimental findings affirm the method’s robustness and effectiveness.
