The theoretical foundations of cultural sociology and civil sphere theory suggest that a deep cultural structure gives the civil sphere its significance. This analysis uses concepts such as public opinion and regulatory and communicative institutions to explore how the boundaries of inclusion and exclusion shift in response to demands for justice or civil reparation. It explains the role of social movements as collective actions aimed at articulating demands for civil redress, specifically when addressing particular interpretations of harm or offense in social and moral contexts. Ultimately, the analysis demonstrates that structural hermeneutics is the most effective method for examining journalistic texts, as these texts encapsulate the cultural structures that underlie the movements’ demands.

摘要
