Cities are areas where the scope of logistics activities is increasing. In accordance with this, the most diverse solutions are applied and tested, aiming to efficiently realize goods flows. Based on a review of solutions and current trends, this paper defines possible scenarios for the development of city logistics (CL). However, how CL will develop in the future is a question that is not easy to answer. What can especially complicate the issue is the involvement of interested parties in the decision-making process, who, as a rule, have conflicting goals and interests. Multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods are the appropriate solution for selecting a scenario for the development of CL.
