The success of technological cooperation depends on selecting the right partners. Effective international cooperation requires considering technological maturity, R&D strength, and market access. Especially important is whether countries can form complementary partnerships, making technological capacity analysis vital. This study proposes an interconnectivity model combining LDA-based topic modeling with a hazard function to estimate cooperation potential by topic granularity. The model identifies optimal topic counts and suitable partners by analyzing intersections in technological interests across countries, by applying the model to patent data in the field of artificial intelligence to identify partner countries with high potential for complementary cooperation.

摘要
