Drone and Missile Defence for Public Protection Using Integrated Monitoring and Public Alert Systems (MPAS) in the Vicinity of Industrial Installations
摘要
The protection of critical infrastructure, especially dangerous industrial and nuclear facilities, and the surrounding population, is an increasingly challenging security issue, especially in the fight against unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and missile attacks. Today, it is not only necessary to be prepared for accidents in plants and leaks of various materials, but also to monitor external threats to the plant. Integrated monitoring and public alarm systems (MPAS) play a key role in early threat detection, situation assessment and rapid response. By incorporating UAS technologies, integrated monitoring systems are able to collect, analyse and transmit data in real time, significantly increasing the effectiveness of the protection of industrial installations and the public. The research will investigate the application of integrated monitoring systems in industrial environments, in combination with fixed monitoring and public alarm and information systems, or independently using UAS technology, and analyse the effective integration of modern sensor technologies. By coordinating air surveillance, sensors and communication networks, integrated monitoring systems can effectively identify potential threats and provide real-time data. The analysis shows that the development and deployment of these systems is essential to enhance the protection of critical infrastructures and the public.
