Chapter 7 concludes with practical consequences that arise for the scientific development of the FACIQ as well as for the practical implementation of peer support in organisations: cross-school cooperation as well as increased awareness in order to regain control at all levels, courage to delegate as well as security issues not only for individuals but also for knowledge and databases. A separate key aspect is the reflective implementation of perceived support in companies, which should be closely interlinked with peer support, and the important note that many existing resources can be taken from (company-)traditions and reconnected.
