摘要
The article discusses the idea of conjuring in North American African American’s practices and how archeology analyzes this issue. Reflecting on a long-term engagement with African American practices through historical archaeology, this chapter opens up to questions such as: How can we keep archaeologists from missing the remains of conjure as we excavate? Can archaeologists say anything new about it?
