In this paper, the reaction behaviorReaction behavior and digestionDigestion rule of sulfurSulfur in roasted desulfurized concentrate during aluminaAlumina production were systematically investigated. The primary chemical compositionChemical composition and phase composition of the roasted concentrate were determined by chemical analysis and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effects of lime addition, digestionDigestion temperature, digestionDigestion time, and molar ratio of digestionDigestion liquorLiquor on digestionDigestion rates of aluminaAlumina and sulfurSulfur were thoroughly studied. The test results show that the digestionDigestion rate of sulfurSulfur increases significantly with the increase of lime addition, the rise of digestionDigestion temperature, and the extension of digestionDigestion time within the test range. This research provides theoretical basis and technical support for optimizing the process parametersProcess parameter of producing aluminaAlumina from roasted desulfurization concentrateRoasted desulfurization concentrate and has guiding significance for the efficient utilization of roasted desulfurization concentrateRoasted desulfurization concentrate.
