In terms of the uncertainty of the surrounding environment and the distribution of personnel, the personal risks and social risks caused by accidents at LNG terminals are uncertain. As the domestic LNG terminal construction number and scale expanding, the risk also increases. Through the TNO ETTECTS and RISKCURVES software, this paper predicts personal and social risk of LNG terminals by using physical effect, the probability and consequences, to make a judgment on whether the risk is acceptable. It has positive guiding significance for planning and further operation of the LNG terminals.

摘要
