This research explores AI applications in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), digital marketing, fraud detection, customer service optimization, and financial management while overcoming challenges like cyber security and ethical governance. By embracing a mixed-methods approach—using surveys, interviews, and case studies—the paper determines SME adoption gaps for AI technologies and investigates cloud integration for scalable solutions. Results indicate strong correlations between AI adoption and enhanced operational efficiency, customer personalization, and financial performance. Future research streams include cloud governance frameworks for the ethical deployment of AI in SMEs.
