Human Liminal Being in Biological Laboratory
摘要
My autoethnographic work is an experience, storytelling, and the sharing of a narrative. Every story is a process extended over time. My job is to reconstruct the entire process in my memory and reproduce it in writing and/or performances, installations, and objects. It is like creating a theatre play. The play must be transferred from the theatre of the laboratory to that of the gallery to enter the art context. The challenging part is that as a liminal practitioner I must experiment with I-with, composing a review of its actions. The process of writing and exhibiting is as essential as the laboratory actions and the inquiry preceding it.
