Development of Temperature–Time-Dependent Kinematic Viscosity Models and Resource Utilization Strategies for Cold-Rolled Oil Sludge
摘要
Cold-rolledCold-rolled oil sludge, a hazardous wasteHazardous waste generated in the iron and steel industry, is characterized by flammability and toxicity. Traditional disposal methods (e.g., incineration, landfill) contribute to secondary pollution and inefficient resource utilizationResource utilization. Based on the “Guidance Opinions” issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China, this paper proposes a technical approach for co-processingCo-processing of cold-rolled oil sludge using high-temperature production facilities in steel enterprises. A temperature–time-dependent mathematical model was derived to transform the determination of kinematic viscosityKinematic viscosity into simple measurements of temperature and flow-out time, aiming to solve the problem of pipeline delivery posed by its high viscosity. Deviations between calculated and measured values were ≤10%, meeting engineering requirements. Furthermore, three collaborative resource utilizationResource utilization schemes for cold-rolledCold-rolled oil sludge are proposed and analyzed, including the preparation of coal blending in coke ovens, co-processingCo-processing in sintering machines, and cold-bonded briquettes.
