This chapter presents a theoretical model made from the identification of variables, parameters and indicators related to the concept of architectural design for transitions. For this purpose, a spatial and historical context of the armed conflict in Colombia and the Peace Agreement is initially presented, useful for the localization of the discussion within the framework of the theoretical model application. Subsequently, a discussion of different theories associated with the concept of design for transitions in a global scenario of social and ecological crisis and the review of contributions from some architectural design practices emerging in the global south is proposed. Finally, there will be a review of two international reference cases that can show links between architecture and social transformation in peacebuilding scenarios. These inputs will allow the consolidation of the theoretical model that will be the basis for the Analysis procedure of the projects in the next methodological phase.

摘要
