摘要

A multispecies justice engineering ethic along with the concept of one health prioritizes a consonance or balance between human innovation and natural systems. Instead of designing solutions that separate “environmental concerns” from “human progress,” it would recognize that sustainability, ethics, and regeneration are not side considerations but are the foundation of a thriving civilization. If we are to successfully achieve this ethical evolution, we must embrace our role as stewards of planet Earth, using technology not to dominate, but to protect, heal, and coexist. It is a vision of mutual respect and shared survival, an ethical equilibrium sustained by innovation and empathy. As a starting point we must move beyond the mindset of “Can we do this?” to consistently asking, “Should we and at what cost?”
